Weekend and day retreats to immerse yourself in your yoga practice, eat delicious good for you food, and time to restore and relax.

Our retreats are based around the dynamic practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, whether that be self practice or a counted class, technique and workshop style sessions. Hatha elements are used within the retreats too and we enjoy chanting, pranayama and meditation.
